Role Overview

The Apprenticeship Facilitator will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of apprenticeships by assisting with examination invigilation duties. Key responsibilities include setting up exam rooms, verifying candidate identities, distributing and collecting exam papers, and maintaining order.

New recruits will benefit from comprehensive training, ensuring they are equipped to excel in this role. Furthermore, all candidates must undergo a DBS check or hold a valid DBS certificate, upholding the highest standards of student safeguarding.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Preparing exam rooms to optimize the examination process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate identities and exam processes.
  • Efficient distribution and collection of exam materials.
  • Maintaining order and adhering to examination regulations throughout the examination period.
  • Monitoring the examination room for potential issues or concerns.
