**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Apprenticeship Progress Officer at the University of Greenwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our apprentices by providing them with the necessary guidance, support, and resources.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Initial point of contact for apprentices, offering expert advice and guidance to facilitate their growth and development.
- Collaborating with apprentices and their employers to monitor progress and implement strategies for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of apprentice progress and performance.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching and mentoring, with a proven track record of supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with apprentices, employers, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
**Benefits Package:
- A highly competitive salary, estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
