Job Description

As an Accountancy Apprenticeship Facilitator at First Intuition, you will play a vital role in helping our L3/4/7 accountancy apprentices achieve their goals. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others.

You will work closely with our experienced trainers and coaches to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our clients, and provide ongoing support and guidance to our apprentices throughout their learning journey.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator with a passion for accounting and finance, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
