About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Facilities Management Officer - Emergency Preparedness Specialist. This is a key position in maintaining the safety culture at London Stansted Airport and ensuring we are set up to deal with unexpected challenges facing the operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate regular reports to identify gaps and improvements, escalating with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with regulations outlined by the Civil Aviation Authority
  • Collaborate with Business Continuity and Resilience teams for EP Strategies
  • Ensure the actions from the strategy are implemented throughout the operation, collaborating with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the arranging and running of emergency preparedness training sessions
Requirements
  • Understanding of Emergency Management principles, practices and regulations
  • Proficiency in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks
  • An understanding of internal and external audit processes and methodologies
