Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Security Support Officer to join our team at TC Facilities Management. As a key member of our Mobile Security Team, you will be responsible for providing security support to our clients across London and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend sites as directed and provide security support to meet customer needs.
- Investigate alarms, complete patrols, and utilize technology to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
- Provide emergency guarding and respond to incidents, alarms, and events in an effective manner.
- Engage with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to promote confidence and provide excellent customer service.
- Complete planned rota and agreed shifts to provide security cover to meet customer needs.
- Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/near miss reporting.
- Engage with training and development activities to ensure you have the skills to complete your tasks.
- Complete site visits to validate security standards, report risks, and promote security compliance.
- Ensure that the vehicle is safe and maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in the security industry (desirable).
- Full UK driving license.
- SIA license - Security Guard/DS.
- SIA license - CCTV (depending on site).
