Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at TC Facilities Management. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients across London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend sites as directed and provide security cover to meet customer needs.
  • Investigate alarms, complete patrols, and utilize technology to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
  • Respond effectively to incidents, alarms, and events, escalating to the Emergency Services and the Security Operations Centre as necessary.
  • Ensure that colleagues, customers, and the public have a positive experience when engaging with Security.
  • Complete planned rota and agreed shifts to provide security cover to meet customer needs.
  • Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks, and accident/near miss reporting.
  • Engage with training and development activity provided to ensure you have the skills to complete your tasks.
  • Complete site visits to validate security standards, report risks, and promote security compliance.
  • Ensure that the vehicle is safe and maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience in the security industry (desirable).
  • Full UK driving license.
  • SIA license - Security Guard/DS.
  • SIA license - CCTV (depending on site).
