Elevate your career as a Sales Manager at Everlast Gyms, where you'll drive new member sales and retention to grow our live member movement. With a strong focus on leadership and communication, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager and Sales & Retention Managers in achieving business objectives.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires adaptability, a positive mindset, and a passion for health and fitness. You'll work closely with the wider team to ensure the successful operation of the gym, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness and lead by example on reception and the gym floor.
  • Demonstrate elevated ways of working and advocate for our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, leading training and supporting the wider team to improve confidence and performance.
  • Drive new member sales and retain existing members through various strategies, including implementing lead generation activities both internally and externally.
  • Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating key insights to the wider team and driving all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary.
