The ideal candidate will be responsible for mitigating revenue and profitability risk through commercial issue identification, investigation, and resolution, as well as the end-to-end contract negotiation of existing customers assigned to non-book of business portfolio clients.

This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including negotiation of contracts with existing customers seeking to reduce volume or terminate agreements.

The successful candidate will also serve as a subject matter expert on commercial contracts, specifically BU-specific services for customer queries related to commercial agreements, terms, and conditions.

To excel in this role, you must possess value-based sales skills, CRM experience, and the ability to utilise technology effectively.

In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring all communications, client interactions, pricing commitments, agreements, and approvals are efficiently logged and maintained within our recognised CRM system.
