Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at beBee Professionals in Sale, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building key client relationships. You'll work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
You'll identify new business opportunities, create and present sales proposals that meet customer needs, collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targets, and report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed. You'll also require a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. We offer a competitive base salary of $95,000 - $120,000, plus commissions and bonuses, as well as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
