About the Role

At Frasers Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in driving new member sales and retention at our gyms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Represent Frasers Group as an ambassador for fitness and embody our elevated ways of working always
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our FUNDAMENTALS sales process and lead by example in this area, supporting and training the wider team to improve confidence and performance
  • Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow live member movement
  • Own the activity planners for the gym and ensure they are thorough, well planned, and executed
  • Implement strategies to increase lead generation both internally and externally
  • Monitor our dashboards and KPIs, communicating key insights to the wider team
  • Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitability of the gym
  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the wider management team
  • Build key relationships with local businesses to evolve local partnerships
  • Develop the #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities (both new and existing)
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit
  • Buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
  • Deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members in achieving their potential
  • Support the General Manager and wider team with any operational tasks necessary to ensure the business operates correctly, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, and Recruitment
  • Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whenever in the gym

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
