Director of Nursing Practice and Quality

We are seeking a Director of Nursing Practice and Quality to join our team at Olive Recruit. As a Director of Nursing Practice and Quality, you will lead the development and implementation of nursing practice and quality strategies across our residential and home care services.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our care services deliver the highest standards of care, meeting the needs of our clients and their families. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing budgets, and leading teams of professionals. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of a recovery plan for newly acquired nursing homes, addressing existing CQC ratings, and stabilizing operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Director of Nursing Practice and Quality passionate about improving care outcomes. Regular travel to services and collaboration with nurse-qualified care home managers will be essential in ensuring consistent quality improvements. You will be based at the head office when not on-site, aligning strategic objectives with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing practice and quality strategies across all services.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Lead teams of professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential nursing settings with a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and knowledge of CQC standards.
- Active NMDS (National Minimum Data Set) or other relevant data analysis skills.
Salary: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
