Quality Assurance Manager

Avante Care & Support Ltd. is a leading provider of high-quality residential and homecare services for older people in Kent and South East London. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Quality Director to join our quality team in Faversham, UK.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with occasional additional hours as required. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- Lead quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality care provision and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective quality assurance systems.
- Support operational management and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Active NMC PIN and evidence of continued professional development.
- Experience in residential nursing settings and deep knowledge of CQC standards.
- Proficiency in using technology and data analysis tools to support care quality initiatives.
- Competitive salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Flexible working arrangements, including 37 hours per week.
- Paid NMC fees and life insurance.
