  • Your Background: We're looking for a Registered Manager (RM) with experience in domiciliary/home care, focusing on elderly care.
  • Your Qualifications: Hold a relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care.
  • Leadership Style: Bring strong leadership skills, with a focus on compliance, quality, and staff training.
