Job OverviewWe are recruiting a Care Assistant to join our team in Faversham, supporting our clients at home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and promoting the independence of our clients. You will work closely with our care teams to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medications
- Cook and prepare hot meals
- Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Competitive Salary: £12.00 per hour
- Enhanced Bank Holiday Rate: £18.00 per hour (plus £6.00 on Christmas and New Year)

To succeed as a Care Assistant, you should have excellent communication skills, be kind, patient, and understanding, and have a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives. While previous experience is not required, you must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a DBS check.
