Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team in Faversham. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and provide companionship
  • Cook and prepare hot meals
  • Help with domestic tasks

Requirements

To succeed as a Care Assistant, you should have excellent communication skills, be kind, patient, and understanding, and have a genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives. While previous experience is not required, you must have the right to work in the UK and be willing to undergo a DBS check.
