Caregiver Support Professional with Avante Care & Support

We're seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Nighttime Companions. In this role, you'll work closely with service users to support them with daily living tasks, promote independence, and enhance their overall quality of life. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: £19-22 per hour (dependent on location)

About the Role:
  • Deliver personalized support to service users in their homes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Document and communicate service user needs and progress

Requirements:
  • A valid driving license and work authorization in the United Kingdom
  • No prior experience necessary – comprehensive training provided
