Senior Care Service Lead

Olive Jobs is a well-established provider of Home Care services, and we are now recruiting a Senior Care Service Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of our branch, ensuring that all care services are delivered to the highest standard. This involves managing a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers, with support from head office teams.
We are looking for an experienced candidate who has held a similar role in the past, preferably with experience as a Registered Manager (RM) in domiciliary/home care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on compliance, quality, and staff training. They will also possess NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care and experience in managing service provision within the care industry.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.
