Senior Care Operations Director

Olive Jobs is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Operations Director to join our team. In this role, you will lead and oversee daily operations of home care services, ensuring all care services are delivered to the highest standard.
As a Senior Care Operations Director, you will manage a dedicated team of care coordinators, field care supervisors, and care workers, with support from head office teams. You will maintain strict adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies, overseeing the professional development of your team.
- Experience: Registered Manager (RM) in domiciliary/home care, with a focus on elderly care.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care.
- Loyalty: Experience in managing service provision within the care industry.
- Career Growth: Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on compliance, quality, and staff training.
About the Salary
We offer a competitive salary for this role, approximately £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, benefits include flexible working patterns, opportunities for career development, ongoing training, free uniform provided, childcare voucher scheme available, referral bonuses, and pension contributions.
Job Details
