About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Director of Patient Safety and Quality to play a key role in supporting our care home managers and clinical teams in achieving excellent patient outcomes.

The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements, provide expert guidance on clinical governance, and drive quality improvement initiatives across all services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about improving care outcomes and has a strong background in clinical quality assurance.

Regular travel to services and collaboration with nurse-qualified care home managers will be essential in ensuring consistent quality improvements.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum.
