- Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
- Build the pharmacy capability of store teams
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure customer and patient safety
- Deliver a range of professional pharmacy services
- Registered with the GPhC
- High levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders
- Possess a passion for community pharmacy and providing excellent care
- Collaborative with a team-centered approach
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services
- Great communication skills to meet customer needs
- Competitive base salary: £70,000 per annum
- Location honorarium: paid annually
