Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and be able to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  2. Conduct thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans.
  3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  4. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  1. Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  2. Relevant degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
  3. Desirable: prior experience in a clinical setting.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Fixed-term contract.

Pay: £20.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 30 hours per week.
