  • Lead the Technical Sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with product development and commercial teams to ensure alignment on product roadmaps and sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to drive innovation and growth

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in Technical Sales leadership roles, with expertise in the RFID industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
