IC Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our global account management efforts in the UHF RFID ecosystem. As IC Sales Director - Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts, developing customized item-intelligence solutions, and driving executive customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow global strategic accounts in the UHF RFID ecosystem by selling and deploying robust, customized item-intelligence solutions.
- Direct Field Application Engineers at critical stages in the engagement of the ecosystem and end-users to raise awareness of our EPIC product portfolio and provide support in the industrialization of their intelligent labels.
- Be the field authority sought after by business development, product management, and marketing teams to generate brand awareness with end-users within key vertical markets and develop company insight into market needs and demand.
- Own near- and long-term forecasts for sales regions through close collaboration with accounts.
- Drive executive customer engagements at customer business reviews, marketing programs, and trade shows.
- Proactively engage with EPIC sales, industry inlay bonders, and service bureaus to fully understand the ecosystem supporting end-users and initiate strategies to differentiate our offering and increase our share in these deployments.
- Influence executive-level customers' decision-makers.
- This role requires 40-50% international and domestic travel.
- Minimum 12 years of rich experience in a technical sales or business development role, preferably in RF/wireless.
- Demonstrated success with business-impactful sales, delivering best-in-class system and/or enterprise-level technical solutions.
- Ability to quickly master and understand the UHF RFID ecosystem from end-users, SI, service bureaus to inlay manufacturers.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and create differentiated offerings that result in revenue generation.
- A history of success solving complex global sales issues in collaboration with a team.
- Prior experience with Salesforce.com, our corporate online customer relationship management tool.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
