CRM Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our client, a leading print management company, at their head office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the client strategy, focusing on customer service and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the team to plan and execute customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, including direct mail and email marketing.
  • Manage the creative delivery of CRM communications, including mailers, catalogues, and customer lifecycle marketing materials.
  • Analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Support the Head of Loyalty in delivering a Single Customer View database for the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a CRM role, with a focus on customer service and loyalty.
  • Strong understanding of direct mail and email marketing, with experience in managing and executing full end-to-end processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with key stakeholders up to Board level.
  • Highly organized and able to work under time pressure, with a customer-focused approach.
