Sales Account Manager

Cast UK Limited is seeking a talented Account Manager to join the Sales team of a growing, private equity backed business based in Preston. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated list of accounts, working with them to understand their requirements and communicate forecasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting to the Head of Sales, including commentary around factors such as customer spend, forecasted revenue, and demand.
- Promote added-value services to clients and collaborate with the logistics department to proactively identify and resolve any fulfillment issues.
- Maintain and update client records on CRM systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales and account management, preferably in a FMCG or distribution business.
- Excellent communication and administration skills, including the use of CRM systems and order processing systems.
- Ability to travel to meet clients as needed, with a valid driving license.
