Account Manager Opportunity

Cast UK Limited is seeking a talented Account Manager to join their Sales team in Preston. This exciting role offers the opportunity to develop customer relationships and maximise spend and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a dedicated list of accounts, working with them to understand their requirements and communicate forecasts
  • Develop key account relationships and provide regular analysis and reporting to the Head of Sales
  • Promote added-value services to clients and conduct regular client meetings
  • Collaborate with the logistics department to proactively identify and resolve fulfilment issues
  • Maintain and update client records on CRM systems

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of successful B2B sales and account management
  • Experience of building relationships with external stakeholders, customers, and team members
  • Strong administration skills, including using CRM systems and order processing systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ability to travel to meet clients as needed
