Casino CRM Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Casino CRM Executive to join our Enterprise Team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative customer experiences that improve how we reach and communicate with our consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute retention campaigns for competition players to drive engagement and reduce churn.
- Create marketing automations and journeys to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Manage daily communications via email, push, and content cards for our competitions.
- Produce engaging copy that brings to life our competitions and creates moments of magic.
- Design technical briefs to ensure marketing journeys focus on acquiring new players, reducing churn, and growing engagement.
- Coordinate scheduling of all campaigns and deliver regular clear and concise reports regarding performance and recommendations.
- Share and apply learnings across multi-channel campaigns and become a subject matter expert in the Braze platform.
Requirements:
- Proven digital marketing experience with a strong commercial mindset and evidence of success from previous campaigns and results.
- Experience in B2C email marketing, building automation into email marketing, and strong understanding of personalization and segmentation.
- Good working knowledge of HTML and experience using Braze as a CRM tool is strongly preferred.
