Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Professional to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our business in the UK commercial construction sector.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and secure orders by following up on all quotations with key decision-makers, such as building contractors, architects, quantity surveyors, local authorities, and end-users.
- Effectively grow your sales area by proactively identifying new opportunities that convert into enquiries.
- Schedule specification appointments with architects and local authorities to showcase our product ranges.
- Manage projects timely, providing technical support throughout to assist customers in determining the right specifications and products to use on their projects.
- You are self-motivated and confident when selling over the phone.
- You possess strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
- You have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
