About the Opportunity

We are excited to offer a Business Development Manager position to a highly motivated and experienced professional. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and strengthening partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic business plan to increase the number of active partners. This fully remote role offers full autonomy, empowering you to shape your approach and achieve your targets while contributing to the business's ongoing success.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan to grow the number of active partners.
  • Identifying and engaging with businesses in the contractor payroll, accountancy & recruitment sectors.
  • Promoting the value of accreditation and compliance to potential partners.
  • Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to expand the company's reach and influence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: Background in contractor payroll or contractor accountancy, with a strong understanding of the temporary labour market.
  • Knowledge: Appreciation of the value and importance of compliance within the industry.
  • Skills: Proven business development, relationship-building, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Autonomy: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Mindset: Results-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 plus performance-based bonuses, as well as the opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible working arrangement.
