Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of our range of medical imaging systems, including X-ray, CT, and MRI equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repair of medical imaging equipment at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout your local region.
  2. Install and commission new equipment, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, meeting customer expectations and company standards.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in medical imaging, participating in manufacturer training courses and mentoring programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors, including medical, industrial, and military backgrounds.
  • Qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Previous field service experience, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A flexible approach, with the determination to seize opportunities and resolve complex challenges.
  • A full UK driving licence.
