Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of our range of medical imaging systems, including X-ray, CT, and MRI systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain, repair, and install medical imaging systems at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout your local region.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.
  3. Work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and advancements in medical imaging systems.
Requirements
  • Experience in maintaining, installing, and repairing X-ray equipment from various sectors.
  • Qualification in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
  • Previous field service experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
  • Flexible approach with a determination to resolve complex challenges.
  • Full UK driving licence.
