Customs and Import Specialist

Our client, a well-established and successful business, is seeking an experienced Customs and Import Specialist to join their team. With a strong background in import/export, logistics, and customs administration, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods across international borders.

You will work closely with national and international suppliers and agents to arrange freight deliveries and collections, manage freight bookings, and prepare customs documents for shipment. Your expertise in customs rules, regulations, and compliance will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of customs declarations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customs administration, import/export, logistics, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of customs rules, regulations, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
