Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

My client is a leading healthcare company seeking a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of their advanced MRI medical imaging systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair equipment, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of service activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a field service engineer or technical support engineer, with a strong background in electronics and technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
