As an IT Support Specialist for End User Computing, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, maintenance, and service operation of Microsoft 365 to agreed service levels. This includes supporting over 6500 users and devices across multiple sites in the UK, with a focus on delivering a stable and performant end-user experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting regular health checks of Microsoft 365, including security, to proactively detect threats and risks across our services and user base.
  • Investigating and responding to legal requirements related to data management.
  • Collaborating with the EUC team to manage high-priority incidents and problem-solving related to IT Technology Services.
  • Maintaining and supporting systems, including SCCM, Endpoint Configuration Manager, and AD.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Prince2.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work closely with asset management teams to support accurate CMDB records.
