About the Job:
As a Support Worker Specialist, you will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans, facilitate activity-based programs, and provide emotional support to our service users. Your expertise will enable individuals to make informed decisions and take control of their lives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare or social care
- Full UK driving license
- Previous experience as a Support Worker Specialist or similar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting individual choice and independence
