Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, note taking, and data management. They will also be responsible for supporting managers and HODs with HR-related queries and directing them to relevant policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including filing and data management.">
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and HODs on HR-related matters.">
  • Process starters and leavers in accordance with internal procedures.">
  • Assist with recruitment processes across the business.">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data.">
  • Liaise with Managers, Head of Departments, and Directors to obtain compliance documentation.">
  • Perform other reasonable tasks as required by the HR Advisor or Head of Human Resources.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A basic understanding of Employment Law is essential.">
  • Educated to GCSE level with Grades C and above in Maths and English (or equivalent) is essential.">
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a previous HR role is essential.">
  • Recruitment experience is desirable.">
  • Qualified in HR Assistant/Support Level 3 is desirable.">
  • CIPD Registered is desirable.">

Benefits:

">

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including onsite free parking and subsidised canteen.

">

This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
