About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our services and driving business success.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to management and employees, ensuring the delivery of a value-added HR service. Key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and providing guidance on HR policy interpretation.
- Serving as a trusted advisor in all employee relation matters, including TUPE transfers.
- Implementing HR initiatives aligned with overall business requirements.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Driving HR initiatives to establish and retain talent within the business.
- Supporting the performance appraisal process and providing day-to-day performance management guidance to managers.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Analyzing HR data to predict and diagnose organizational issues and develop solutions.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A car available for business use.
- Be prepared to stay away overnight on occasion.
What We Offer
In return for your expertise, RADIS COMMUNITY CARE offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will benefit from:
