About the Job: We are looking for a skilled Clinical Pharmacy Professional to join our team at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective treatment plans
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings as required

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess appropriate UK professional registration. Depending on your level of exposure to patients, you may be required to undergo a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.
