HR Support Specialist

Job Summary
The HR Administrator will provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, note taking, and compiling contracts and data. They will also provide guidance to managers and HODs on HR aspects and direct them to relevant policies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with administrative duties, including filing and data management.
- Provide guidance to managers and HODs on HR aspects and direct them to relevant policies and processes.
- Process starters and leavers in accordance with internal procedures.
- Support the recruitment process across the business.
- Maintain HR data and ensure it is up to date.
- Liaise with managers, HODs, and directors to obtain employee compliance documentation.
Requirements
- A basic understanding of Employment Law.
- GCSE level education with grades C and above in Maths and English.
- A minimum of 12 months in a previous HR role.
- Recruitment experience is desirable.
- Qualified in HR Assistant/Support Level 3 or CIPD Registered is desirable.
