Job Title: HR Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Frasers Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team with all administrative duties, including filing, note taking, and data compilation.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HODs on HR-related matters, directing them to relevant policies and processes.
- Coordinate with the Payroll department for changes and processing starters and leavers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data.
- Assist with the recruitment process across the business.
- Proactively liaise with managers, HODs, and directors to obtain employee compliance documentation.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as required by the HR Advisor or Head of Human Resources.
Requirements:
- A basic understanding of Employment Law.
- GCSE level education with grades C and above in Maths and English.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a previous HR role.
- Recruitment experience is desirable.
- Qualified in HR Assistant/Support Level 3 or CIPD Registered is desirable.
Benefits:
