HR Operations Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering professional and collaborative employee administration services throughout the employment lifecycle and overseeing the daily operations of the facilities.
About the Role:
- You will lead annual personnel detail updates and maintain and update HR systems with employee changes.
- Develop, recommend, and implement personnel-related procedures.
- Schedule interviews and support learning administration and global HR initiatives.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HR administration experience
- CIPD qualification preferred or willingness to complete
- Ability to work on-site (no hybrid or remote work)
What We Offer:
- Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
