Job Title: Organisational Development Specialist

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £58,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our team at the Ministry of Justice. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across HMPPS to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing HR plans to support business objectives, facilitating access to central services, and executing people initiatives. You will also work closely with Governors and senior leaders within the Prison Service and/or equivalent senior leaders within the Probation Service or HQ.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience in delivering HR plans and supporting performance optimization. You must have Chartered CIPD Membership or equivalent HR qualification, or willingness to obtain within 2 years.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, ability to analyze data and apply analytics to business delivery. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
