Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to the business, developing a culture of high-performance, personal accountability, and continuous improvement across a dedicated team of over 140 employees.
• Forging strong relationships with employers and industry bodies.
• Raising Lantra's profile and influence with policymakers.
• Attracting public and private funding for positive skills interventions.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience, effective team building, and excellent communication skills.

Competitive Salary: A competitive salary package, including a base salary of £135,000 + performance-related bonus, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
