**About the Role:**

We are seeking an Employment Support Specialist to join our team in Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing tailored support to customers, helping them achieve their goals and secure sustainable employment.

As an Employment Support Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, develop personalized plans, and provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to help them progress. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting support strategies accordingly.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including up to 6% contributory pension scheme, access to discounts, and opportunities for professional development.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Enhanced DBS and BPSS clearance
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant field
  • Ability to demonstrate a genuine passion for making a difference to customers
