Customer Support Specialist

At Cambridge University Press & Assessment, we're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support centre, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 per annum, plus benefits including private medical insurance and a group personal pension scheme.
You'll work closely with colleagues from different support functions to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues. To be successful in this role, you'll need to:
- Communicate confidently with customers through phone and email channels, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of every customer interaction within our CRM system.

As a hybrid working organisation, we offer flexible working options from day one, with most colleagues spending 40-60% of their time at their dedicated office or location.
