About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Trade Division as a Trade Sales Counter Person. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our trade customers.

As a Trade Sales Counter Person, you will be the face of Howdens, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers will be essential in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our trade customers.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to generating and following up on leads to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.

What You'll Get

  • A competitive salary of £28,000-£33,000 per annum.
