We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist - Solar Energy. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our solar panel installations, from initial consultation to final handover.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the solar panel industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with our installation team to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, manage queries and concerns, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
