Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Services: Handle incoming calls, answer emails, identify and evaluate customers' needs, deliver satisfaction, go the extra mile to engage customers, purchase stock, perform general operations in the POS, communicate with colleagues, provide customers with updates.
  • Warehouse: Pick, pack, receive, cycle counts, manage shipping and processing goods in, perform general warehouse operations.
