Job Summary
TIP Trailer Services Group is seeking a seasoned Agricultural Sales Professional to lead prospecting and account management activities, driving revenue growth and maximizing asset utilization in our European operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit total revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strengths, and weaknesses to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable growth and minimize credits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries, ensure timely payment, and deliver added value product growth.
- Stay up-to-date on technological advances and legislation developments to positively impact revenue and profits.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years' work experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and a 'can-do' attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting customer relationships, adapt communication styles, and negotiate skillfully.
- Possesses required functional and technical knowledge, with a willingness to enhance and apply new skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to adjust rapidly to new situations and resolutions.
