Key Account Sales Professional

Dole UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales and Retail Assistants to develop day-to-day procurement and sales of fresh produce within an existing client base.
The successful candidate must have experience of a sales role within the fresh produce industry, with a proven track record of improving and developing sales pipeline.
- Establish strong relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities to drive business growth.
- Maximize sales and profit margins by negotiating competitive prices and promoting high-quality products.
- Regular involvement in stock controls to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Work closely with the Department Manager to develop opportunities within the region.
- Ensure excellent customer service is always delivered through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Assist with picking and assembling customers' orders when applicable.
- Liaise with sales, procurement, and operations employees at the warehouse depot.
- Liaise with group H&S and technical teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with Dept Managers/ Branch Manager to achieve sales targets.
- Develop strong working relationships with existing and new customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Develop close working relationships with key suppliers to negotiate better prices and improve product offerings.
A full clean driving license is required for this role.
